My Story
After 13 years of marriage, I found myself in the middle of a painful divorce. My 18 month old son was fast asleep as my then husband told me he wanted a divorce. It took me a minute to realize that I had stopped breathing. My mind was whirling with thoughts of my son, what effect this would have on him and how we were going to survive. How did this happen and what went so terribly wrong? I was overwhelmed with fear, confusion and pain. I didn't know what to do first.
As a divorced, single mom myself, I understand the struggles, challenges and fears you face. I have experienced what you have experienced. I learned what worked for me and what didn't work for me, to not only heal, but to thrive. I took control of my finances, my income, my health and in time, my life. I regained hope, found clarity and direction. I found me again.
With this life changing experience, I have decided to follow a passion that I hope will help make a difference in your life. After spending nearly 25 years in banking, working in various capacities in the institutional investments arena including the last 6 years spent as a Sr. Mortgage Advisor, I have decided to combine my personal life experiences with my career experiences to help others take control of their money matters. As a Money Coach and CTA Certified Life Coach, my passion is to help clients take control of their money, create a wealth plan, consolidate debt, address spending lifestyle habits and improve credit scores. Within a safe environment, I assist in empowering clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to move forward.
