As we close out the year, we tend to look back and consider those things that were eventful or memorable. As you have seen and heard on TV, the housing market and mortgage market has been hit hard. As a result, many people have lost their homes, their savings and their hope. 

As a mortgage advisor and life coach, it is very hard for me to witness this. I wish there was a way that I could reach out to every one of those people and show them their options. Especially those single moms and divorced women who are trying to make it on their own.

If I could send one message out to you, it would be to seek help from a professional that you trust, explore ALL of your options before making a decision and never give up hope.
