Current Drop-in Yoga Classes

  • Mondays 5:30-630 p.m. 24 Upper Main St. Morrisville, VT (Meals on Wheels Building) Accessible, self-loving, moderate Kripalu yoga class complete with meditation, active postures as well as a final relaxation. Class is designed to suit to all levels and abilities. Please arrive promptly with a mat and desired props in comfortable clothing. Some mats available for use. By donation.

  • Tuesdays 12:30-1:15  SHAPE Facility at Northern Vermont University-Johnson. Gentle Lunch Break Flow infused with self-compassion. Located on the warm pool deck with a stunning mountain view. Facility rates apply. 
  • Prenatal Yoga Series 4-weeks Fridays, March 8-29 5:30-6:30pm Stepping Stone Yoga Studio, Jeffersonville $50-$75 suggested donation for the series Join Kali in connecting with your own body as well as the child growing inside of you through a gentle, loving, compassionate pre-natal yoga class. Each class will conclude with a guided meditation. It's the perfect way to connect with other mothers in the area. Any trimester welcome, class will be infused with options and gentle nudging to use your intuition.

Kali Brgant, E- RYT 500- Kali began her yogic journey 16 years ago and has found her grounding within yoga. She has been trained with over 600 hours by Kripalu, Sacred Lasya Vinyasa, and Principle-Based Partner yoga practices. She has over 2000 hours of teaching. She offers what speaks to her heart, honoring each class with intention and breath. Her classes are diverse and allow for self expression throughout. She believes that you are your own greatest teacher and uses subtle exercises and poems to encourage each student to simply quiet down enough to listen. Kali has taught all over the world and specializes in accessible yoga. She has been a partner and yoga teacher of Wanderlust Vermont, a nationally respected yoga festival. Join Kali for her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training coming Fall 2017 focusing on Mindful Psychology and Functional Anatomy!
